Là, c'est la section 702 de la loi FISA qui permet au gouvernement américain se mettre son nez dans les données de tout le monde à partir du moment où l'entreprise est de droit américain (oui, même si les serveurs sont en Europe).
Inutile de dire que l'existence même de cette loi fait que tout service américain (en gros, tous les GAFAM) ne PEUVENT PAS, de fait, être conforme RGPD. Et aucune entreprise américaine ne peut s'y soustraire.
