Je suis dans le même cas. J'ai migré mes centaines de mails vers de l'auto-hébergement, il y a quelques semaines.
J'ai choisi d'avoir : 1 VPS + postfix + dovecot + Mailboxes (sans serveur SQL) + SPF + DKIM + DMARC + Roundcube (pour un accès nomade).
Cela ma pris environ 2 semaines pour faire ça proprement et tout tester.
