Quand je vois la taille des antennes 4G, et la consommation présumée d’énergie, je peine vraiment à imaginer qu’un petit boitier, que j’imagine de la taille d’une « box » puisse émettre suffisamment pour brouiller tout le quartier.

Pour le wifi, la longueur d'onde est de 12cm.
Donc l'antenne doit faire 12cm ou l'une de ses divisions (6cm, 3cm...).

La téléphonie est limité à 2Watts et le wifi à 1Watt.
Donc avec un brouilleur de 2Watts, t'es sûr de foutre la merde sur une porté assez grande. (des 100ène de mètre voir quelques km)
